The Executive Director of Diversity and Engagement reports directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA), serves on the VPSA’s leadership team, and is an integral member of the Division’s strategic planning efforts. The Executive Director’s primary focus is to lead Student Affairs’ efforts around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and to firmly situate these efforts within the University’s Catholic, Holy Cross mission and character. Included in the Executive Director’s responsibilities are the supervision and oversight of three departments that report through the Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, specifically the Gender Relations Center (GRC), the Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS), and the Office of Student Enrichment (OSE). Additionally, the Executive Director will provide all strategic oversight, supervision and direction for the Center’s staff and the new physical space opened in Fall of 2023.
