The Associate Director for the Continuing Education and Enrichment Program is the principal administrator of the program. S/he works collegially with the Director and other Associates and Program Coordinators in the general planning and coordination of the summer sessions.

The Executive Director of Diversity and Engagement reports directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA), serves on the VPSA’s leadership team, and is an integral member of the Division’s strategic planning efforts.  The Executive Director’s primary focus is to lead Student Affairs’ efforts around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and to firmly situate these efforts within the University’s Catholic, Holy Cross mission and character.   Included in the Executive Director’s responsibilities are the supervision and oversight of three departments that report through the Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, specifically the Gender Relations Center (GRC), the Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS), and the Office of Student Enrichment (OSE).  Additionally, the Executive Director will provide all strategic oversight, supervision and direction for the Center’s staff and the new physical space opened in Fall of 2023.

The Sisters of Notre de Namur, founded by Julie Billiart and Françoise Blin de Bourdon, have a mission to spread the goodness of God among women, children, and the poor. This individual supports the mission and vision of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur East-West Province and directs and coordinates all vocations-related activity. Primary responsibilities include assisting discerners, organizing events, educating members, and promoting the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, encouraging and promoting vocation awareness among the Sisters, schools, parishes, dioceses, or religious conferences/festivals, and working collaboratively with the Ministry of Invitation Support Circle.
