Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide the academic vision and strategic plan of the institution with a keen eye toward the future of higher education and attention to emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the industry.
  • Serves as part of the College administrative cabinet; guide short and longer term operational strategies consistent with the vision and mission of the institution.
  • Cultivate collaborative leadership and shared governance with faculty to facilitate appropriate involvement and representation of the faculty in the leadership and planning for Carroll College.
  • Administer the college’s academic affairs division (including academic programs, library, registrar’s office, academic resource center, honor’s scholar’s program, academic advising, enrollment services.

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School is Seeking a Director of Advancement, Enrollment & Marketing

Purpose of the Position

The Director of Advancement, Enrollment & Marketing is the steward of the school’s growth, outreach, and sustainability. Under the direction of the principal and working closely with the Fund Development Committee (FDC) of the School Advisory Council, and the parish community, the director will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that advance the Catholic mission of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School. The role focuses on cultivating vibrant donor relationships, attracting and retaining mission-aligned families, and promoting the school’s vision of Catholic liberal education to the wider Greenville community.

This role is essential in helping the principal advance the school’s mission. Its focus is on serving as the school’s chief goodwill officer, allowing the principal to lead effectively as an executive while dedicating time to his roles as lead missionary disciple, chief learner, and primary culture builder. In this dynamic position, the role works closely with the principal and his leadership team, supporting the school as it renews its purpose according to the mind of the Church.

Campus Minister – Howard University – Washington DC

The mission of the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington is to spread the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.  In the faithful pursuit of this mission, the Archdiocese is seeking a full-time Campus Minister for the Chaplain of Howard University in the Office of Catholic Campus Ministry

The Campus Minister is responsible for working with the Catholic Chaplain of Howard University and our FOCUS missionary team, to assist with planning events and programs, including Masses, build relationships, perform office-related functions, and keep the Office of Catholic Campus Ministry informed. The ability to multi-task, focus on detail, and professionally communicate with various internal and external constituents is essential.

DIRECTOR OF CAMPUS MINISTRY FOR HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Location: Norfolk Statue University, Norfolk; Hampton University, Hampton; Virginia Union University, Richmond; Virginia State University, Petersburg

SUMMARY/PURPOSE: The Director of Campus Ministry is responsible for all ministry and evangelization efforts on each of the four HBCU campuses in Virginia. Students are served through evangelization, pastoral care, liturgies, catechesis and programs offered by campus ministry. The Director also works with staff and faculty members of the universities as well as alumni and parents. The Director collaborates closely with offices on each campus to ensure students have access to resources that help them to thrive. The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive campus ministry program including aspects of Evangelization, Word, Worship, Community and Service that are consistent with Diocesan standards and benchmarks. The Director represents the Catholic Church on campus and responds to the needs of the Catholic community by acting as liaison between the ministry and the university administrations. The Director ensures a close working relationship with local parishes.
