POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Systems Analyst (ISA) is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and effective use of institutional data across the University’s integrated enterprise systems, including its CRM (Slate) and Student Information System (Jenzabar). ISA will focus on data structures, system logic, integrations, analysis, and validation, working closely with Integrated Systems leadership, IT, and functional stakeholders to ensure that institutional decisions are supported by reliable and well-governed data in a higher education environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Partnership Development Specialist will establish a partner development program for all graduate programs that need an established partner channel. This includes working the respective sales pipelines to establish partnership agreements and help implement those agreements to drive qualified prospective students into the enrollment funnel for those programs. This requires working with each of the program directors to develop partner campaign strategies and lead the sales process along with the implementation efforts to drive students into the graduate enrollment funnel.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator for Marketing & Communications supports the execution of complex marketing and donor acquisition initiatives by providing daily administrative, logistical, organizational, and tactical support. This role helps coordinate an online course content marketing initiative to drive brand awareness, enrollment growth, and donor acquisition. It also supports social media influencer marketing campaigns and related content marketing initiatives to generate leads for Admissions, Steubenville Conferences, Pilgrimages, and other University programs and initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Coordinator helps manage Franciscan University’s social media channels by creating engaging and effective static and video-based content, managing published content relevant to each audience, and engaging in community through comments and direct messages. This role also supports email marketing efforts to Faith & Reason subscribers and other audiences for marketing, engagement, and fundraising emails to support the mission of the University. This role is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, reporting, and optimizing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns including influencer marketing to distinct audiences while maintaining best practices.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Online Admissions Counselor is responsible for making initial contact with inquiries and providing customer service throughout the entire admission process and beyond. Will work closely with Registrar and Financial Aid. Occasional travel to outside sell at conferences may occur. Sales and customer service skills are a must. It is also important to be self-motivated, efficient, and a good problem solver.
