Tolton Spirituality Center is ready to kick off another eight-week course on Thursday, July 7, from 12- 1:30 PM. We are excited to sharpen our ministry skills and elevate our learning with Dr. Brown. We want to give a gentle reminder that this is the last week to enroll in Embodied Practices for Trauma Resilience.
What can you expect to receive from this course?
-A deep understanding of the impact of personal and global trauma on the body of Christ, our relationships, and our spiritual practices
-Instructions on how to identify traumatized parishioners and navigate those relationships
-Experiential strategies for managing personal and communal trauma
-Embodied practices that help reconnect to a sense of safety amid a troubling world and build skills for extending this safety into the communities the church is called to serve
-Time to discuss ministry struggles and class topics with our supportive virtual community of ministry leaders and volunteers in breakout rooms
-Weekly recaps with key takeaways and class recordings to share with team members
