The Center for the New Evangelization is seeking an Associate Director for Young Adult Evangelization.

The Associate Director for Young Adult Evangelization must be a missionary disciple passionate about introducing young adults to Jesus Christ and His Church. This individual must have a regular prayer life centered on intimacy with Christ and be able to pray easily with others. He or she must be a strong conceptual and strategic thinker who is able to lead by influence and creatively overcome barriers. As a key member of College & Young Adult Evangelization Team in the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE), the Associate Director will work to establish the ministries and means for young adults to discover and live their vocation in and through the Catholic Church.

The Associate Director collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the CNE and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Associate Director for Young Adult Evangelization must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.
