POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of the Baron Wellness Center will lead a team of licensed mental health clinicians and graduate student interns, guiding them in the provision of evidence-based counseling services and educational initiatives on campus. This aligns with Catholic moral principles, fostering an authentic understanding of the human person with vision, direction, supervision for staff, operations, use of facilities, budgets, policies, and initiatives. Additionally, the director collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders and supports the broader Student Life vision of forming students, through lives of charity and ongoing conversion, to lead and to evangelize each other and the world.
