Catholic Diocese of Cleveland: Eucharistic Adoration and Black Catholic Heritage

November 12, 2024 | Diocese of Cleveland

In honor of Black Catholic History Month, the African American Catholic community of the Diocese of Cleveland will be hosting weekly prayer services throughout the month of November. We will pray with reflections on the mysteries of the Rosary created in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights movement.

The prayer services will begin at 7 pm and rotate weekly, a different day each week, in order to have the opportunity to pray each of the mysteries.

  • Glorious Mysteries | The Black Catholic Response. Wednesday, Nov 13 at St. Agnes / Our Lady of Fatima, 6800 Lexington Ave, Cleveland.
  • Joyful Mysteries | Education, Social & Economic Justice. Monday, Nov 18 at Our Lady of Peace, 12601 Shaker Blvd, Cleveland.
  • Sorrowful Mysteries | Black Catholic Historical Documents. Friday, Nov 29 at Holy Spirit, 4341 East 131 Street, Garfield Heights.
