Gospel Singer W.Clifford Petty
Stirs the Soul With New Recording "Touch Jesus."

March 27, 2009 (FRANKLIN PARK, IL) - W.Clifford Petty, a man who loves the Lord and ministry, has just released his second recording with World Library Publications. (www.wlpmusic.com) Building from his first collection, "In Spirit and Truth," Petty delivers a rich collection of praise and worship music that is both reflective and spirit-lifting. His gentle ballads and profound lyrics cross cultural and denominational lines and appeals to people of all races and Christian religious traditions, especially those who appreciate the soulful and majestic energy of gospel music. Petty's rich velvety voice embodies warmth and grandeur as he expresses his passion and love for the Lord. "I have known since the age of ten, that the Lord has had his hands on me. I have always loved to sing the praises of the Lord." Say's Clifford.

The recording is dedicated to the memory of his brother Roderick Roshad Petty, Sr. who departed this life in 2007. Cliff reflects, "His time with us was very short, but Rod left some valuable lessons with us, and I will forever remember 'what Rod said.'" The title track, "Touch Jesus" was composed for Roderick before his death. He received the lyrics and the score, but never heard it performed. Clifford hopes this new collection will help all listeners with personal reflection and prayer time with God, and inspire praise to the heavens.

"Touch Jesus" WLP product #001254, ISBN #978-158459-4222, is now available through World Library Publications (www.wlpmusic.com) or call toll-free at 1.800.566.6150. Also available to the trade through Ingram/Spring Arbor Distributors.
