This year with great joy, we bring you once again the artwork of our beloved Fr. James Hasse, S.J.
Our 2009 calendar is blessed by Fr. Jim's beautiful
interpretation of Biblical scenes. This year's theme, My Lord and My God, John
20:28, is beautifully expressed with brilliant color, religious sensitivity and
artistic vision. Our cover picture (also reproduced in April) was specially done
by Fr. Jim for the 2009 Josephite African American History & Heritage Calendar.
Once again Fr. Joseph Folzenlogen, S.J., has very
kindly provided electronic files for Fr. Jim's artwork. We are grateful. Fr.
Joseph celebrated 50 years as a priest in May 2008 -Congratulations!
