Order your Josephite 2007 Calendar NOW!

A message from the Josephite Pastoral Center staff:

Dear Friends,

Gratitude and prayers to each one. Our thanks for your tremendous support, understanding and great kindness to us throughout these past months.

2006 Calendar-Our difficulties included:

  1. Loss of over 130,000 calendars in the Gulf Coast Storm - Katrina.
  2. Destruction and loss to our New Orleans Printer (Moret Printing). This destruction meant we could not offer imprint service.
  3. Errors in printing dates in February and April. We regret these errors and continue to offer heartfelt apology.
  4. Calls came expressing concern and sympathy. Many realize the amount of work, time and genuine love that goes into our calendar each year. You reminded us of the beauty of the art (a unique contribution to the Black Catholic Community) - as well as the accuracy and extent of the research. Thank you.
  5. In early February, Fr. Fernando Arizti, SJ, was killed suddenly and tragically in a car accident in Benin City, Nigeria. You may recall Fr. Arizti provided his beautiful artwork for our 2001 and 2003 calendars.

2007 Calendars

In Fr. Fernando Aritzi's memory we are repeating two of his beautiful pieces for our 2007 calendar. Because, in 2006, many did not receive calendars-by choice and/or because our supply was so limited, we are repeating one of Fr. Jim Hasse's Madonnas. Fr. Jim and Fr. Fernando were dear friends.

We will not provide imprint service.
Postage is included on all orders.
