Vanessa Griffin Campbell

Vanessa Griffin CampbellVanessa Griffin Campbell is the Director of the Office of Ministry to African American Catholics, Diocese of Cleveland. Past Secretary of the National Association of Black Catholic Administrators; an associate member of the National Black Sisters' Conference; served on the Advisory Board of the Ursuline College School of Arts & Sciences; serve on the Board of Trustees The National Black Catholic Congress Inc. and on the board of directors of the National African American Catholic Youth Ministry Network, she holds a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education. Vanessa is an active member of her parish, serving as catechist. She has worked in ministry for over 20 years, in the areas of senior adults, youth and young adults, and community outreach (USDA Summer Lunch Feeding Program; 4-H/Ohio State University Cooperation Extension, Cuyahoga County Youth Services Council, National Catholic Youth Ministry Board). She has several published articles to her credit, and served as a reviewer of the Good News Bible African American Jubilee Edition. She serves on several diocesan/civic committees. She is married to Marion Campbell. They have two sons, one daughter and six grandchildren.
